The CRM Analyst reports directly to the Brand Manager and will be liaising very closely with the Regional team, responsible for running statistical analysis of customer base and commercial figures to develop strong understanding of customer's behaviour and consumption patterns.

This role requires you to work closely with market and HQ in implementing CRM activities to increase customer consumption and build loyalty. You will need to:
Be hands-on working with SQL-based technologies in drawing queries and establishing relational databasesAnalyse and interpret data to gain deeper understanding of customers and develop customer insightsLeveraging on customer insights through data analysis and develop CRM activities plan for both B2C & B2B to build customer loyalty and drive consumptionIdentifying customers at the risk of falling out and initiate strategies to win their loyalty backMarket segmentation, customer selection through profiling and segmentationTake ownership of customer database; maintenance and management
To succeed in this role, candidate will need to possess
2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis for CRM activitiesStrong knowledge of SAS and SPSS is a must, Added advantage for Cognos Impromtu.Expert in CRM Tools; Datamart, Cognos8, SPSSExperience in driving data driven CRM campaigns
