Reporting to the Head of Communications, the CSR Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the communications strategy for QI Group’s global social responsibility arm RYTHM Foundation, and its local chapter the Vijayaratnam Foundation.Main Job Requirements & Key Responsibilities Raise the visibility of QI Group’s CSR initiatives, both internally and externally, through a well-developed content and communication strategy.Work closely with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization to align on key messages and narratives, in order to raise awareness of the company’s global CSR initiatives.Manage all communication channels of the Foundations’ activities, including the QI Group intranet, RYTHM and Vijayaratnam Foundation websites and social media sites.Prepare content for all communication channels listed aboveAssist with the production of marketing collaterals and the Foundations’ annual report and quarterly newslettersCoordinate and work closely with external agencies and other service providers to develop videos and other marketing collaterals based on need.Required qualifications: A degree in any field4-6 years’ experience in the non-profit sector, or someone who is passionate about social work and writes about this sector for a newspaper/magazine or research organization.Proven success in developing and executing communications and marketing strategies.Good editorial judgement and experience in implementing communications strategies that leverage the power of online & traditional media and audience engagement.Proven success in a multi-cultural international setting.Required skills and competenciesStrong understanding of communications, CSR and brand developmentStrong communication skills, including an ability to work and communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of individualsWritten and spoken fluency in English required.
