Candidate must possess at least Diploma, preferably Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Communication or related fields

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in related field

Excellent inter-personnel skills with warm personality and excellent communication capabilities

Compassionate, self-control, patience coupled with willing to help attitude

Self-starter with positive thinking and could work independently

Willing to learn and take ownership of task assigned

Good analytical and problem solving skill in assisting client’s in problem resolution process
