Job Description

Responsibilities

Complaint Management & Customer Satisfaction
Assist inquiries and customer feedbacksvia phone call, email or walk-in to property galleryResolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionPrepare weekly complaint analysis for involved partiesConduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before handoverHouse visit as and when required to ensure quality delivery for our esteemed customersConduct Customer Satisfaction Survey on project site for 2-3 months during handover period and submit report as per Timeline provided

Customer Loyalty (Tropicana Privilege Card membership)
Database management for Tropicana Privilege Card (TPC) Customer Loyalty Programme in the CRM system – All members related matters such as membership processing, members’ card printing, update of personal details, referral’s fee checking & approval and othersSupport Marketing & Sales team during event and property launch as and when requiredData entry of registration form from Marketing & Sales events as and when required

Requirements
Minimum 5 years working experience in customer service, with good proventrack recordStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningTechnical skills would include – Microsoft Words, Excel, OutlookCustomer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersWilling to travel within Klang Valley and work on weekend as and when required with own transportMust be able to converse & write in EnglishAble to Write & Converse in MANDARIN is an addedadvantageDetailed oriented and passionate towards serving others with great enthusiasm
