As a Customer Care Professional in the Corporate Services Delivery Japan Team, you will be responsible for providing premium customer service and conducting maintenance activities to our Corporate Cients and Travel Agents to assist and resolve their requests in an operations environment
Responsibilities for this role include
Receiving requests from Japan Corporate clients via emails or other channels to provide maintenance activities or outbound calls to resolve enquiriesWork within scheduled Japan working hours and public holidaysProviding excellent customer service by resolving issues in a timely mannerMaintaining customer details accurately; adhering to compliance standardsMonitoring service metrics to ensure service quality and improvementSupporting other functions within the team to ensure SLAs are metLiaising with other departments to ensure a smooth experience for clients and customers
