Job Description

Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Executive of Tune Protect Group, you’ll uphold the group’s pillar of “Wow Customer Experience” You’ll ensure every customer journey and interaction with our digital platform and support channels are upheld to a “wow” standard resulting in customer loyalty and brand differentiation within the industry

In this role, you’ll be expected to
Setup and manage the customer support suite which includes but not limited to live chats, social media monitoring, ticketing, chat bots etcSet KPIs, SLAs, tonality and various support standards to achieve a “wow customer experience”Strategize and identify a structure to coordinate support operations across the Group’s regional businessesManage a team that will utilise monitoring tools from the support suite to identify underperforming tickets / issues and assist with escalation to respective customer support heads / managers across the GroupWork closely with the developers in the Product & Engineering team to resolve digital platform (web, apps, APIs) based user complaints / bugsContinuously refine the existing customer journeys from purchase to claim across digital platforms to uphold the goal of a “wow customer experience” using data from various feedback channels

Required work experience
3-5 years in customer support, consumer based business development or related fieldExperience setting up / managing a customer support departmentExperience in a tech / financial institution field would be an added advantageKnowledge in customer support / ticketing / LIVE chat software would be a significant plusExcellent written & verbal communication skillsAble to present, train & work with pockets of teams across various parts of the business and regionsGreat attention to detail & ablility to multitask
