What the role is aboutTo conduct Inbound & Outbound calls to customer support on boarding process to meet SLA complianceResponding to customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat in a professional and timely mannerTo meet daily KPI assignedTo ensure Follow-Up calls to customer within agreed TAT (Turnaround time)To educate New Onboarding customer on User ID & Posting of Listing, Product training and Package utilizationAssist in troubleshoot customer enquires/complaint handle in a professional and timely mannerTo conduct weekly Training session with customer by group or video conference Achieving KPI (Key Performance Indicator) assigned
