Job Description

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any fieldAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionApplicants must be willing to work in CyberjayaPreferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent2 Full-Time position(s) available

Responding to the incoming and outgoing requests via Phone & Email
Maintaining customers satisfaction by clarifying and resolving the customers complaint and queries
Determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution information and analyzing customer needs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Manage large amounts of incoming Calls and email
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods tools
Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers Resolve customer complaints via phone email mail
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Act as the company gatekeeper Suggest solutions when a product malfunction Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider bus cancellation/delays and no shows
Attempting to fulfill the request or resolve queries and issues
helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services
Documenting all requests
Gathering all appropriate information for the type of request or issue
Transferring or Escalating the requests to the appropriate support group
Informing the customer of the status of an existing request, upon request
Contacting the customer for further information, as required by relevant team
