Job Description

Compilation of documents on a daily basis from Customer Service Department as related to Auto Life product.Summarizing the name list for weekly submission to MCIS.Assisting in new cover note issuance.Checking on Expired Renewal record at car info.Blasting of whatsapp message to Expired Renewal customers and follow up on the cover note closing.Ad hoc job request from the department manager/supervisor.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply this positionRequired skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft ExcelPreferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalentCandidates who have worked in insurance company will be an added advantage
