Job Description


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration Management or equivalent

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing especially in After Sale is required for this position

Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin

Salary Based on required experience

Working Hours 800 am - 600 pm

Working Days Monday - Friday


To assist on daily operations of the Customer Service team

Communicate and liaise with customers in handling new project inquiries, order processing, shipment of product, On Time delivery achievement as well as commitment on backlogs recovery

Ensure customers' information requests, complaints, and suggestions are handled promptly and professionally

Build customer relationship through effective communication and reliable service

Working closely with related department internally to ensure customers' requests are performed accordingly

Monitor and achieve KPI for Customer Service Department & Motivate team members to achieve towards company goal
