Job Description

• Execute lead generation / Mining from different sites aligned from list provided by client• Get in touch with the lead contact and encourages the supplier to get the experiences/tours online into Viator/TripAdvisor > Things to do;• Express the benefits of using Viator/TripAdvisor, and partner sites (like Groupon, Lonely Planet), in order to have the supplier list his tours;• Leading / assisting the supplier on the whole step by step activation process• Discuss and overcome lead objections;• Negotiate and troubleshoot as necessary in order to satisfy the supplier need and close the sale;• Assist suppliers with problems that might occur;• Provide post-sales support and work across departments to provide seamless resolution;• Deliver exceptional Sales service by meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations;• Maximise revenue from the sales pitch (like margin negotiated with the supplier);• Adhere to sales process and identify the best solution for each supplier within policy guidelines;• Maintain confidentially of guest information and pertinent supplier/company dataQualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.Required skill(s): mandarin, Cantonese.Required language(s): MandarinApplicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.Atleast 1 year experience in call center10 Full-Time position(s) available.Willing to work in Regular shiftCandidates can send their resume to
