Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO



Responsible for processing order from stores accurately

Responsible for timely and accurate response to store enquiry / feedback

To ensure the order process is following the SOP and schedule planning / deliverables

Continuous improvement through KPI’s tracking and effective reporting

Attend to calls and respond immediately or follow up to ensure closure to all enquiries

Responsible to communicate clearly with internal and external customer



REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



Fresh Graduates &Pofessionals with experience in customer service and similar role

FMCG, Food Industry or Distribution experience required

Experience in understanding JDE / MRP is an added advantage

Good with Microsoft Office eg Word, Excel and Power Point

Good Communication Skills

Good working attitude, willing to learn and take on challenges

Able to workfive (5) days a week

Candidates who are willing to start immediately havean added advantage

Candidates who can work based on their assigned rotating schedule

Off Day & Rest Day will be based on their rotating schedule and might not be on a weekend

Willing to accept a permanent positionupon meeting company's performance expectation
