Job SummaryYou are responsible to deliver the Allianz Experience at every interaction by living up to Allianz value in delivery service to customers, agents and colleagues. To understand customers, know their need and expectations.Key Responsibilities:To provide first contact resolution (FCR) by providing basic trouble shooting and offer appropriate alternative.Capture customer feedback and systematically escalate them to respective person-in-charge for review and actionProactively educate customers on our services available on the customer portal or any other relevant platforms which could benefit customerKey Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Exceptional written and spoken English and BM is needed. You will be required to sit for a test to gauge the level of competencyMandarin would be an added advantageAbility to multitask between multiple system platformsAble to work effectively with minimal supervisionMust be skilled in technical and systems administration and troubleshootingContract position(s) available.
