Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



To handle key customer accounts

To liaise with customers and ensure all orders & requirements are met

To prepare price quotations to customers on the new enquiries

To process customer sale orders and raise purchase requisitions for materials needed for the orders.

To ensure prompt billing of sale invoices and assist in overdue payment collections

To maintain good customer relationships/satisfaction/service level

To assist in ensuring that all customers’ quality related complaints are handled satisfactorily

To raise production orders and follow up with production and warehouse department in ensuring that customers required delivery dates are met

To manage inventory and ensure healthy level is maintained

To prepare reports to customers and Management

To handle any other task assigned by Management



QUALIFICATIONS:



Degree/Diploma with 2-3 years customer service working experience in an ISO manufacturing environment.

Knowledge in SAP system is preferred

Computer literate (preferably knowledge in Microsoft word and excel)
