Main Responsibilities

To maintain a top-notch customer service experience for customers of SoothOil Sdn Bhd Settle customer disputes & complains, keep customer satisfaction at 100%

Key Responsibilities



Manage all incoming enquiries from customers across multiple platform, including Messenger, WhatsApp, Email, etc

Reply customers within a given KPI time frame

Ensure all enquiries are attended

Maintain a professional image while speaking to customers via phone call / text



Job Requirements



Diploma or equivalent

Basic knowledge in customer service

Required language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (for Mandarin-speaking customers)
