Responsibilities
Responsible for service and repairs watchesCreated a systematic and reliable computerized customer databaseWork as a team with technical department (coordinate and follow up with watchmaker)Coordinate and follow up with boutique staff about the repair statusSpare parts orderMonitor and assist in handling complaint casesHandling incoming and outging shipment ,stock transfer and stocktakeLiaise with the Weldlife Department for permits
