The Person:Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.PreferablyExecutives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.Ability to prioritise & work in tight deadlines in a high energy and fast paced environment.Good communication skills and good in Microsoft Excel.Job Responsibilities:To process domestic orders & liaise with internal departments for each PO received till the goods is delivered.Update and prepare daily delivery for key customers.Ensuring customers order are being handled promptly and delivered on-time.Attend to domestic customer complaints and other custome s related services.Ensuring excellent service to customers and customers requirements and expectations are always fulfilled.Provide administrative support to Sales Team from pre-sales to post sales.
