Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentAt least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferablyExecutives specializing in Customer Service or equivalentAbility to prioritise & work in tight deadlines in a high energy and fast paced environmentGood communication skills and good in Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities

To process domestic orders & liaise with internal departments for each PO received till the goods is deliveredUpdate and prepare daily delivery for key customersEnsuring customers order are being handled promptly and delivered on-timeAttend to domestic customer complaints and other custome's related servicesEnsuring excellent service to customers and customers' requirements and expectations are always fulfilledProvide administrative support to Sales Team from pre-sales to post sales
