Job Description

Your role will include



Handling incoming/outbound calls on customer enquiries such as check stocks, delivery status, product enquiries & etc

Providing accurate & relevant information to internal / external customers

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, skype & other social media

Handling Case Management & timely follow up customer complaint



Requirements



Candidates must obtain either Diploma/ Adv Diploma/ Degree

Detail-Orientated, Multi-tasking and with ability to prioritize

Listening skills, patience, team player, responsive, knowledgeable & decision making

Required skill (s) Microsoft Excel, Words & preferable with Microsoft Dynamic 365

Required language(s) Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

At least 2 years working experience in related field
