Job Responsibilities
Handling chats, responding to emails & phone-in enquiries of members in respect to product/e-wallet/promo/paymentAdvise on latest promotions and mechanicsManage feedbacks/complaintsLiaise with backend support to solve members issues/queries/concernsProvide accurate and efficient processing of case escalation or support work related to the client’s processes & approach
