Job Description

Our Client is an APAC Shared Services Centre supporting global operations of one of the biggest Oil & Gas company in world

As a Customer Service Representative part of HK/Singapore/China Support Operations Team, you shall maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and respond promptly to customer inquiries, communicate with customers through various channels, acknowledge and resolving customer complaints, process orders, forms, applications, and requests
