To attend all customer feedback in a timely manner to ensure that customers have a positive experience with our organization.To communicate and align customers feedback within the organization for a more effective work processCollate all customers feedback / CCF (Customer complaint form) when receivedReview and determine if formal investigation is neededFor all formal investigation, work with the relevant departments in the conduct of the investigation. Investigation is done by the relevant department. Follow up closely on the investigation and response to the marketer within the agreed deadline.Update monthly to the respective marketers and head of departments the status of all outstanding investigation.Whenever any investigation is closed, ensure that the corrective actions are followed through with a quarterly review of the corrective actions.Present to management monthly update of our customers complaints with analysis of trends of recurring complaints and propose a game plan for preventive actions.Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degreein any field.At least 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Understand supply chain flow. Worked in some of these activities: logistics, shipping, trade execution, planning.Be a team player and ability to influence colleagues for process improvement.
