Job Responsibilities:

To provide value-added of service and information to the respective shoppers and guests in courteous, attentive and service-oriented manner.Handling ONECARD loyalty program and 1Pay E-Wallet electronic transactions program for existing and potential members.Handling ONECARD Operations in daily transaction at Customer Service Centre according to assign countersTo resolve 1Pay E-Wallet transactions and loyalty card issues by clarifying the customer’s feedback, determining the cause of the problems, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up the best solution for each issues indicate by membersHandling shopper complaints and providing feedback to the respective shoppers, maintaining daily floor checks including mall operation hours, updating-on-going promotion and to prepare service report for analyzing customer information.To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.To attend to any other duties as assigned from time to time

Jobs Requirement:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication/ Retail Management /Hospitality/Public Relations/Tourism or other relevant disciplines.Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin will be added advantage (verbal & written).Positive work attitude and able to work with team environment.Pleasant disposition, attentive, focused and confident responding face-to-face or call enquiries and resolving difficult situations.Good general knowledge of the surrounding areas of mall with local prominent landmarks nearby.Positive work attitude and able to work with team environment.Focused and dedicated to the working environment with any challenged for future career development.Chinese education background is added advantage and familiar with variety of cultureComfortable working in rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.Fresh graduates are most welcomed to applyFull-Time position(s) available.
