Job Description

Handle incoming outgoing calls emails and fax within the targeted service levelsAct as the subject matter expert and provide coverage advice to customers on their enquiriesWork with inter-departments to resolve customers and rsquo enquiriesProvide excellent service to all our customers at all times and achieve targeted customer satisfaction scoreIssue Guarantee Letters for patientsBook medical appointments on behalf of clientsProcess medical claims and or perform any other administrative function whenever requiredRequirements Good communication interpersonal and customer engagement skillsGood command of English written and spoken is a mustGood command of Mandarin is a strong advantageExcellent service mindsetTeam player who can work together with a big teamVersatile and adaptiveMedical and or health insurance knowledge is an advantageMust be able to work in shifts weekends and public holidaysDay ShiftMust be able to work rostered shift between 8am-8pm
