Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating, tracking and processing bookings from customer on a day to day basis
• Responding to customer on all enquiries by mail and phone in timely basis
• Trouble shoot issues and work with the respective internal and external parties to resolve until closure
• Micro-management of customer shipments – includes working with CEVA global stations and relevant vendors & stakeholders to establish containment plan on delays
• Working under pressure to complete time sensitive report to customer (ensuring data accuracy)
• Emergency Support to the Customer, Customer’s vendor (if applicable) and Internal team; Go-To person for critical status and remedial action updates
• Data Analytics; ability to report failure trends which can be justified quantitative or qualitatively
• All other Ad-Hoc matters that may arise from operational needs (Including but not limited to support during off working hours during exigencies)
• Perform any other duties as when assigned by immediate superior

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalentRequired skill(s) • good understanding of air freight industry; terminologies, practices and logic, vloopup and macro), • ability to communicate professionally to customers and third-parties both in w, • Possess a structured approach to problem solving, MS ExcelThe following skills are necessary for the position Inter-personal, Facilitation, Presentation, Communication, Influence, Decision making,Project Management,PC & numerical skillsAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalentFull-Time position(s) available
