To attend to subscriber’s applications, enquiries and complaints2. To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner3. Answering and responding to inbound calls on TM product promotion and packages, inquiries, billing and etc. according to specified practice and procedure2. Educating and perform cross sales for TM product and promotions3. Ensure comprehensive information is captured on internal system so that a colleague can understand what occurred and been agreed on the call4. To provide accurate information/solution/service with excellent telephone courtesy5.
