Job Description

Responsibilities of post

Review the integrity and reasonableness of customer orders;

Communicate with customers and review the enforceability of customer orders;

Reply to comments on Facebook;

Customer email reply;

Online order consultation reply

Requirement of employment

Can speak Cantonese and English Customer service industry experience is preferred over half a year;

Familiar with logistics mode / customer service center / call center operation mode is preferred;

Good communication with people, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of project needs;

Can receive inexperienced and recent graduates;

Working Days

Monday to Friday - 0900 am to 0600 pm

Saturday - 0900 am to 0100 pm

Sunday - Off Day
