Cantonese and English Speaker Customer Service Advisor

Provide high quality customer support to customer through answering inbound call, email and livechatHandle all customers' enquiries and requests accurately, promptly and profesionally in Cantonese and English based on knowledge acquired through product and continuous improving trainingMeet all Key performance indicator set by the company and the clientAdhere to company's rule and regulation throughout the entire employment service

Canddiate must be able to work on rotate shiftAble to work on Public Holiday and WeekendCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any fieldCandidate must be proficient in Cantonese, Traditional Mandarin and English both written and spoken as to serve customer from Hong KongAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the customer service field is preferable but not required as full training will be providedPassion in helping others in customer service oriented25 Full-Time position(s) available
