Attend to customer service related request or enquiries (Live Chat)

Ensuring customer requests, enquiries or complaints are attended

Assist superior in daily administrative duties;

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma in Business Administration/ Mass Communication/Public Relations or equivalent

Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong contacts

Excellent team player with positive attitude, resourceful & high level of enthusiasm
