Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide support and solution to clients via live chat chhanel, requiring for working with application/system, to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of clients problem

Handle and resolve all issues raised by client using company approved troubleshooting tools as per SOP and workflow process

Recommend updated and enchantment based on daily interaction with client

Improve client's confindence or experiencein the use of software product

Possess exceptional customer service skills

Meet all KPI set by operation management team and be more responsible for assigned task

Perform other duites as required or assigned


Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomain any field

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Required Skill(s) Miscorsoft Office, Mulstitasking, Follow up, Communication in Mandarin

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent

Must be able to work on public holiday and shift rotation basis

Execellent follow-up skills and the ability to learn quickly

Customer focused, Proactive, Self-motivated, Patient, Innovative and Flexible
