Job Description

As a regional certified technical specialist you will enable real time product solutioning assistance to LDRs in conversations with customers and partners Job Responsibilities Continuous Learning and bull Maintain a high level of aptitude on all product solutions by participating and organizing new training to further expand your knowledge and skill set around products and solutions This includes but not limited to formal certification programs and bull Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and technology and bull Capable of self-directed developmentFunnel Management Develop and Close and bull Assist the LDR by providing on site architectural expertise required for customer inquiries and or to accelerate opportunity and bookings and bull Participate on customer partner calls and customer chats together with the LDR and provide real time solutioning assistance and bull Actively participate in calls that the LDRs are having with customers partners on a regular basis to help improve the LDRs and rsquo understanding of products solutions and bull Provide real time observational feedback to the sellers to improve customer partner experienceCross Functional Interlocks and Global Alignment and bull Build and maintain cross functional relationships for effective partnering and results including GVE and bull Develop working relationship with partners and bull Work closely with the other Vendor CSS around the globe sharing information and best practices and bull Weekly interlock with Vendor and Program Manager on systems tools trouble tickets onboarding and knowledge base content
