Job Description

We're looking for IT professionals who would like to join the arena of Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS)

This is a full time position

Confirmation after 3-6 months of probation period



Responsibilities



Report and analyze requirements with provided information and needs

Diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify concerns which may arise

Monitor service performance and identify problems related to services

Escalate & follow up with vendors, partners and Telcos worldwide

To work on improving our services both internally and externally



Requirements



Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Able to work in 24/7 rotational shift (allowance for shifts are provided)

Critical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to convey a sophisticated concept to anyone at any level (written and oral)

Required language(s) English

Experience in Linux & SQL are added advantage but not necessary

We will consider application from fresh graduates/entry level applicants
