Enjoy collaborating with colleagues on your team, helping each other over day to day challenges, and share ideas on how to improve the team’s work.Last but not least, you will be working with a fun bunch of dedicated and young professional people.Type Of EmploymentThis is a full time position.Confirmation after 3-6 months of probation period.Responsibilities:Report and analyze requirements with provided information and needsDiagnose, troubleshoot and rectify concerns which may ariseMonitor service performance and identify problems related to servicesEscalate & follow up with vendors, partners and Telcos worldwideTo work on improving our services both internally and externallyRequirements:Diploma / Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.Able to work in 24/7 rotational shift (allowance for shifts are provided)Critical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to convey a sophisticated concept to anyone at any level (written and oral)Required language(s): EnglishExperience in Linux & SQL are added advantage but not necessaryWe will consider application from fresh graduates/entry level applicants
