Head of Key Accounts Division with P&L responsibilitiesResponsible for developing and executing strategies and detailed plans to build a medium to long terms business with key accountsResponsible in planning, managing and coordinating the sales functions including developing and implementing markets plans, policies and promotions to ensure efficient sales operationsProvide budget control, sales forecast and gross margin analysisEvaluate market condition and competitors’ activities to formulate effective strategies to win market sharesCoach and guide team membersDevelop market research, industry database and strategies to achieve sales targetDesign and build excellent multi-level corporate relationship with key accountsIdentify new strategy to support the business needs
