Responsibilities -
Understand customer’s needs and wants, analyse their shopping and buying patterns to increase salesAble to analyse the latest trends, and select the best productsMaintain the relationships with all existing supplierActively source for new product's supplierWork with the marketing team to plan, organized and manage market strategy and promotion campaignsLiaising with suppliers to optimizes their sales in negotiating better product assortment and better trade marginMaintain the products on online platform and update of pricing and promo mechanics according to management directionsWork closely with internal & external parties on activities to drive sales for all productsMonitoring KPI utilizing various resources including sales report, campaign performance report, google analyticsMust be able to grow category sales by maximizing the margin to ensure total growthMust able to analyse overall performances
Requirements -
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalentRequired language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Retail/ E-commerceMust have exposure in handling supplier directlyPreferably Senior Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent
