This position is responsible for marketing of Digital Financial Services Its main KPI is to acquire users and grow usage of Digital Financial Services
1 Lead marketing activities and campaigns for new products to drive take up
Lead the marketing of products from end to endCollate, analyze and interpret behavior trends of consumption for products and accordingly customize marketing communicationsWork with cross functional teams to build product proposition and drive growth of products/services revenuesUnderstand market trends and direction to input into marketing requirements, product packaging and promotions
2 Drive revenue and subscriber growth of target segments through identification and evaluation of segment needs
Understand and identify segment behavior and needsIntroduce segmented offers and promotions to increase revenue from existing subscribersLead marketing and engagement programs for targeted segmentsManage all segment related go to market activities
3 Plan, define and deploy marketing activities/ programs from concept to execution
Based on a deep understanding of the target segment - plan, define and deploy marketing strategies and activitiesThese activities include promotions, new launches and customer lifecycle campaignsManage lifecycle of identified key activities/programTrack and monitor activities/ program performanceConduct post implementation review of activities, program, campaignsWork with business partners to execute joint promotions/ cross-sell/ upsell
4 Establish insights, customer understanding and competitive environment of the market
Develop in-depth understanding of the industry / market trends, market requirementsOngoing monitoring and analysis of market trends and competitive moves to drive effective marketing, opportunity assessment and competitive leadershipDevelop and propose counter proposition in reaction to competitor offerings / launches
5 Consistent monitoring of initiatives and performance
Track and monitor acquisition initiatives against corporate financial KPIsTrack performance of KPIs – subscribers, revenue, usage
Key Experiences and Qualifications
