Job Description


Responsible for developing, integrating and managing digital platforms, including design conceptualisation, content creation, campaigns/promotions, engagement and conversion strategies, and ongoing analysis, metrics and plans for improvements

Produce and deliver campaign reports, expenditures, campaign analysis and competitive reviews

Curate relevant content to reach and continually increase the Group’s targeted segments

Create, publish and manage all social media contents, setting and maintaining high standards for content quality, credibility and online reputation enhancement

Monitor and identify risks and opportunities, provide timely solutions and risk mitigation suggestions and alert Management

Monitor best practices for measuring the impact of social media campaigns and analyse, review and report on effectiveness to maximize results

Managing the Group’s digital assets and platforms including websites, Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, social media engagement and advertising campaigns

Work with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to carry out tasks and projects


Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in Digital Marketing is required for this position

Has excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, with hands-on experience in social media platforms, Google AdWords, Analytics, email campaigns, SEO/SEM and websites

Should possess at least certifications related to Digital Marketing, while those who have Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing/Business/ or equivalent will still be considered

Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team environment

Resourceful, meticulous, organised and with an eye for details

Internet-savvy, possesses a creative streak, good taste in visual arts while observing basics of human-computer interaction

Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must, while Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia language capabilities are an added advantage

Proficient in MS Office, has graphic and videoing editing tools/applications

Preferably Senior Executives/Assistant Managers specialised in Digital Marketing with supplementing experience in Marketing/MarCom/A&P or equivalent
