Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing
Drive the digital, social media and marketing campaigns by working closely with agencies Handle media buys and monitor performance reportsMeasure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs and ROI (reach, lead generation, traffic, conversions)Work with agencies and internal designer on relevant design visuals and landing pages and optimise user experienceUse web analytics to monitor performance of website and digital campaigns and make recommendations for improvementKeep up to date with current digital trends and research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media and othersDevelop, research ideas, write and publish content marketing articles, website content, social media updates and blog articlesDevelop email marketing campaigns and monitor performanceMonitor the leads database and assist in lead generation activities
Marketing Communications
Carry out the successful implementation of internal and external marketing communications campaigns (advertising, promotions and public relations) to promote brand recognitionManage the development and production of communication materials pertaining to the school and ensure that the materials are updated and in line with the brand identityPlan and manage marketing activities as well as support the Marketing Manager in budget planning with the purpose of achieving the marketing department’s KPIsCollaborate with Marketing Manager to ensure that policies and standards on the proper use of the Nexus brand are adhered toRepresent the school in the participation of external events including education exhibitions, Open Days or other marketing eventsCoordinate photoshoot, video shoot, interviews and other marketing production activities for campaigns

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalentAt least 2 - 3 years of working experience in marketing and communicationsCandidates with experience in running digital marketing campaigns are encouraged to applyStrong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional mannerPossess a good command of EnglishPossess good planning, organising, coordinating, presentation and time management skillsCreative, resourceful, customer focused, self-motivated and results orientedAbility to think out of the box and able to give good and sound solutionsWilling to travel within the Klang Valley, with occasional travel overseasHas a strong sense of responsibilityGood team player and flexibleCourteous, calm and focussedPeople oriented with warm and cheerful personalityProfessional appearance and good working attitudePro-active, mature and emotionally stableAbility to interact with all levels of stakeholders
