Teledirect Telecommerce is seeking Malaysia’s best customer service advocates to support the Internet giant’s Business in Malaysia As a Customer Service Advocate at Teledirect Telecommerce, you will be a part of the fastest and largest digital marketing team in Malaysia Your workplace will be in our ultra-modern offices in KL Sentral, accessible, safe with recreational activities and closest to trains buses and all forms of transport
Your work would entail
Support the internet giant’s business customers for online marketing and campaigns on AdsCommunicates to customers via phone, email or chat for any issues related to their interaction with AdWords and My Business platformsManage the relationship between the internet giant and its customers resulting in increased business by providing consultative advice sales solutionsTell us how we can be better and act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to the internet giant
What we are looking for
Vietnamese Native speakerFluent in EnglishPassion for social media, online marketing or online advertisingExperience in customer service and salesA creative mind set and understanding of customer needsEnjoy being on the phone with our customersStrong communication skills and a flair for convincing and presenting an argumentThe ability to work in an organized and structured mannerFluent English and VietnamesePhenomenal attitudeExcellent attention to detailEnergetic

Working hours - Monday to Friday (930am – 700pm)
Free accommodation for 1 month
Outpatient RM600 for 1 year contract
Hospitalization RM20K & RM120 (per bed)
