Job Description

Responsible for developing integrating and managing digital platforms including design ideation content creation campaigns and promotions engagement and conversion strategies and ongoing analysis metrics and plans for improvements Curate relevant content to reach and continually increase the company and rsquo s targeted audiences Create and manage all published social media contents setting and maintaining a high standard for content quality credibility and online leadership and reputation enhancement Monitor and identify risks and opportunities in user-generated content provide timely solutions and risk mitigation suggestions and alert Management Monitor best practices for measuring the impact of Social Media Campaigns and analyze review and report on effectiveness to maximize results Other responsibilities include developing executing and integrating Marketing and Branding initiatives and activities which include Managing company and rsquo s digital assets and platform including the website Google Analytics Search Engine Optimization Search Engine Marketing social media engagement and advertising campaignsDigital and traditional marketing strategies and campaigns print web social media broadcast etc for brand building and brand loyalty consumer engagementProduct branding events that promote and enrich consumer and rsquo s product experiencesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Marketing preferably in FMCG with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketingExcellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practicesExperience with B2C social media Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO SEMGood proficiency in written and spoken English Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantagePossess good planning organizing coordinating presentation and time management skillsCreative resourceful self-motivated result oriented and a team player to meet deadlinesExcellent communication management and interpersonal skillsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Journalism Advertising Media or equivalent
