Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution This role involves liaising with clients and working hands-on to help plan out and execute digital marketing strategies This includes social-media marketing, copywriting, media buys and campaign performance monitoring and reporting

Plan and execute all performance marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaignsStrategise omni-channel campaigns to meet client business objectivesMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital led campaigns Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create web , mobile and social integrated solutionsUtilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related fieldProven working experience in digital marketingDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience in optimising landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics & Heat Map tools)Working knowledge of ad serving tools (eg Facebook Manager , Google Adwords , Linkedin Ad Manager and other Ad serving networks)Experience in setting up and optimising paid digital campaignsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
