We’re searching for an experienced marketing specialist to join our new marketing team. Our ideal candidate has the ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that inform branding and campaign development. You should feel comfortable working independently with heavyresearch, and collaborating with consumers and a cross-functional team to ensurepowerfully informative insights are collected, planned and executed in a timely andsystematic manner. With us, you should highlight leadership in leading the creativeteam to ensure we stay highly relevant in the industry and always relatable by theconsumer.OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLEObtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and USP to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness;Document process procedures and process flow, recommending anychanges to make processes more efficient;Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, with special focus onpsychographics and buying trends to understand how marketing activityturns into customers;Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation;Handle SEO, SEM, CAC & PPC;Monitoring and report on relevant industrial trend and activities.Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends; implementing it when & where appropriate;Provide regular feedback of digital marketing activities including advice and recommendations with a clear summary of performance against key KPI(s)DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform market research, analysis, and testing using a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy;Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative online marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness;Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels;Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels;Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs;Develop marketing campaigns & assist in execution, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upsell, cross sell, and sales enablement;Monitor closely of the current fashion & market trends while working closely with Graphic Designer.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in digital marketing, IT, or a related field;Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns;Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills;Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics with advanced tools;Experienced with A/B testing and optimisation of landing pages and user funnels;Creative & innovative in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that are highly engaging and sales-oriented;Intuitive in identifying social trends and hypes to devise effective strategies;Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent skill in content management;High demand of language (especially English & Mandarin)Possesses natural entrepreneurial spirit with strong drive to succeed
