Job Purpose and bull Responsible end-to-end for one or more digital products or services end to end in terms of its definition performance customer satisfaction and value and bull Participate in the development effort including the crafting of business value proposition outlining user requirement based on business value communicating the requirements to relevant departments business partners or solution provider to deliver the new product services and bull This role will also ensure clear definition of product requirements and objectives ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed business requirements and bull Manage the end-to-end project implementation including the analytics planning and deployment of Self Service Terminals SST and Branch Transformation Office initiatives driving digitalization via mobile the Internet This role is focused on transforming the branch with digital and machines at branches to drive towards a paperless and cashless branch and bull Responsible for the business aspects of the product including ensuring the right product is being built in the right order within budget and by the deadline and bull Regularly creates an improvement plan - in terms of people processes and technology - to improve each product or service and its usage Key Responsibilities and bull Manage cross discipline project governance to ensure collaboration at strategic to working level to achieve transformation project goals and bull Craft portfolio strategy for channel development and innovation in alignment with Bank and rsquo s objective and bull Drive projects delivery end-to-end for the aligned digital innovation scope and bull Ability to manage a channel portfolio independently and bull Participate in business user requirement workshops to takeover as project scope for end to end digitization and operation exception handling and bull User experience centred design approach to validate and deliver against intended users audience needs and bull Liaises with business users stakeholders and or external parties to define requirements for each product or service being developed and bull Work with GIS vendor and partners to resolve technical issues and rollout services and bull Oversees the development effort to ensure each product or service is developed by the deadline and within budget and bull Adopts Agile Lean in delivering modular functionality quickly and efficiently and bull Develop test train cutover and support implementation and and ldquo operationalize and rdquo the service rollout and bull Deliver services to SLA for both internal and external customersSkills and bull Good problem solving and analytical skills and bull Strong project management skills and bull A team player with good interpersonal communication skills and writing skills and bull Result oriented and able to work independentlyKnowledge and bull Authoritative in application of technology in solving business problems and bull Experience in product development and management and bull Knowledge in banking processes and systems and bull Good knowledge in banking products competitor offerings and market needs and bull Proficiency in general technology software development analytics and mobility and bull Implementation knowledge in Agile Lean and or mobility preferredExperience and bull Degree holder in related fields and bull Experience in innovating new market offerings and product development preferably in banking industry and bull At least 2 years in relevant business technology and or digital commerce
