The Purpose of Role:The responsibility of this role is to help maintain a digital project called B2B (named Ezeeshop.com) as the new key growth driver for the business. Expanding Unilever Malaysia eCommerce into this digital B2B platform as part of thee-RTM strategy to keep us competitive and relevant withthe market change.Key Responsibilities: Master Data and Content ManagementManage and update content into the platform to stay relevant to the company strategy.Design and publish content material for the platform.Manage and update master data integration with Leveredge (product hierarchy, pricing, size, name).Platform administrative tasks.Digital Marketing and AnalyticsCreate an online and offline marketing strategy for the platform to increase adoption, conversion and repurchase rate.Manage user experience in the platform.Transaction reporting and KPI performance forall stakeholders.Behavioral analytics to drive purchase in theplatform.Platform personalization and recommendation.Platform Enhancement and AdoptionIdentify and pinpoint issues and do the escalation to relevant parties.Constantly provide feedback on the enhancements needed for theplatform.Business interaction support.Change management and training for stakeholders.Key Relationship:This role will be part of theCustomer Development (CD) Excellence team that will have theopportunity to have exposure with various product categories, Category and Channel Development, IT, CD Excellence, E-Commerce team.Key Experience/Skill/Knowledge:Bachelor’s Degree.Work experience in data management, site search, web design, and graphic design are mandatory.Strong data analytics, digital savvy, problem-solving skill, digital-content design knowledge will be preferred.Able to commit for a 24-months duration to fulfill the contract employment.The candidate is able to commerce for the contract employmentimmediately. The contract is due for renewal with excellent work performance.
