DIRECTOR /ASSISTANT DIRECTOROF VIP SERVICES & GUEST RELATIONS DEVELOPMENT
Duties may include but not limited to
Responsible for the management of all strategic and operational of VIP Services & Guest Relations Development DepartmentProvide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate service development ideasIdentify opportunities to strengthen leadership in customer relationships, and improving the profitability of the organization via enhancements our knowledge base in support of operations strategyPlan and coordinate the implementation of business plansAnalyze existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriateMonitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service deliveryPerform market research and analysisLiaise with various department in carrying out seamless services standardUnderstands corporate goals and develops strategies to meet goalsEvaluate operational issues to determine how competitive and current it is with the latest trends in the industryMonitor external and internal environment for development of new market segmentsManage specific corporate programs and eventsAssist in developing an ongoing guest-relations program for our employeesDemonstrate knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behaviorExhibit strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communications to work productively with internal departments and clientsSocial with clients often to maintain customer relationshipAssist in planning of any event that highlights corporate servicesAssist in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from constituentsAny other tasks as assigned by Department Head
Skills Requirements and Working Experience
A minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in similar capacity; exposure in hotel and / or gaming business requiredDemonstrated abilities in building strong professional relationships and establishing suitable supporting networksExperience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutionsConfident, independent and self-motivatedExcellent and professional verbal and written communications in English, Cantonese and MandarinComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsHave proven accountability when working with confidential informationAmbitious and target focused with a drive to succeedPossess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skillsGet along with fellow Team Members and work as a teamMeet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policiesHave a well-groomed, professional appearancePossess excellent organizational skills to manage several tasks at once, meticulous in detailsWorking location Macau/Korea/Australia/Manila/Vietnam/Cambodia (Working location will be alocate by Employer after interview)Education RequirementsBachelor degree or above (Master degree in related field is a plus)
