Online Customer Service - Mandarin SpeakerFulfil sales made on all online channel in a timely manner including:- Processing orders, printing invoices, and shipping labels.Preparing stock and parcels for delivery.Manage all online channels and attend to queries and feedback in a professional manner including:- Searching for stock as inquired by customer.Responding to customers when products have been out of stock and proceed to recommend alternatives.Dealing with exchange, returns and refunds.Following up with customers on the status of their orders and provide tracking details.Responding to general customer queries.Assist on inventory management including:- Immediate updating of stock quantity on stock sheet.Generate monthly sales report of all online sales channels.AccountFamiliar with Accounts Receivable including:- Sales Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Official Receipt, Bank Statement, Aging.Deal with salesman regarding AR outstanding and check salesman claim and commission.Familiar with Accounts Payable including:- Purchase Invoice, Payment Voucher, Statement, Aging, Fund Transfer.Deal with purchasing for oversea supplier payment.Familiar with Payroll Processing including:- Leave Form, OT, Allowance, EPF, Socso, EIS and PCB.To maintain and upkeep proper documentation and filing system.To ensure office supplies and stationery are sufficient and office equipment are well functions.General Admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks and assignments as assigned.

Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Office, Master Accounting.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requir es candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.3 Full-Time position(s) available.
