Scope of Responsibilities Plan and execute all web SEO SEM marketing database email social media and display advertising campaigns Develop deliver and manage all online events and promotions to build online traffic presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals ROI and KPIsManaging of communication and product publicity via websites email affiliates and other online media Thorough understanding of product and promotional event plan to facilitate development and planning of promotions to support online sales based on annual event calendar including set-up and enable promotional price in the system Maintain and support all aspects of E-commerce operations including but not limited to online content management order and sales tracking attend to customer queries oversee third-party logistics and delivery Manage plan and deliver effective onlinecampaigns via Digital and Social Media Marketing kiosks coupon marketingand effective email campaigns to optimize traffic and ROI Effectively use analytics to identify success failure of campaigns and performance trends Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Requirements Candidates with a diploma bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or Business are preferred Experience working in e-commerce websites and platforms will be an added advantage Preferably Manager specialized in E-commerce in a Direct selling or MLM industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work in a team Flexible empathic and multicultural
