Job Description

Job Responsibility

Drive revenue growth by optimizing the store design & product display to focus on conversion and lead generationDefine & implement in-site promotion scheme for different customer segmentsAnalyze data to provide optimize the digital strategy, identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all customer segmentsResponsible for product management related shop work, including product selection, order forecasting and inventory managementConstantly updating products to meet the seasonal and market changes, and continuously optimizing the user experience and online shopping environmentWork collaboratively with the design team for online store graphic design, ensuring international best practice standards being metContinuous improvements to the user shopping experience with the team to achieve sales targetResponsible for a variety of data analysis (sales data, product data, shop visits, orders), and through analysis and make adjustments to increaseConversion rateBasket sizeRepeat customer purchaseNew customer PurchaseDrive paid online acquisition (through GDN, Google Adwords, Youtube, Facebook, etc) and retargeting (through tools like Google Analytics) This will include identifying the target audience and devising digital campaigns using a wide range of media types (search, images, video, etc)Managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankingsDetermining content for display on the portal, based on data analysis and trendsCollaborate with Online Sales Manager to develop the yearly promotion plan for large campaigns, in addition to preparing monthly campaignsConstantly updating products to meet the seasonal and market changes, and continuously optimizing the user experience and online shopping environmentUploading and managing content on the portal, ensuring all links are operational and navigation is in checkWork with online platforms analytics systems to gather and collate key sales, transaction, and website traffic information to monitor product performance,Work closely with key vendors, e-shop warehouse, and customer service and fashion editors to ensure continuous information flow across the departments, in the view to improving our services to our customersCommunication with platform operation team for traffic resource, counterfeit issuesCustomer serviceImplement online advertisement investment inside the platformCommunicate with the corporate central team for operation supportPerform other related duties and assignments as required
