Account manager is Maxis ambassador and a consultant with key functionalities to establish solid client relationship, enhance engagement, establish account planning, manage a set of client accounts assigned, collaborate with internal teams, manage partners, register opportunities in CRM, ensure healthy funnels, seek supervisor’s advice & share deals progress, plan & execute sales initiatives.What are you accountable forNeed to understand & execute the company, Enterprise and Segment strategy to position, penetrate and win in marketTo develop sales planning and execution plan with the team for mobile & fixed business, IOT & SolutionsEstablish comprehensive account plans for all assigned accounts and update timelyDiscuss progressively with supervisor on all opportunities & register deals in CRMConsistently update the deals in CRM and ensure CRM data accuracyOrganize review session with supervisor for opportunity roadmap, funnels and other developmentsEstablish solid client relationship and enhance client engagementEnsure consistent communications with client on Maxis latest offerings, solutions and technology updatesManage a set of client accounts assigned, consistently identify and develop sustainable business opportunity. Position as consultant for our client (problem solver)Collaborate with internal stakeholders (presales, product, marketing, solutions, channel team, network etc) & manage partners for sales activitiesOrchestrate communication and collaboration between cross functional Maxis team and customersPlan, organize & execute sales initiatives; events, roadshows, courtesy visits, etcDrive every opportunity to closure, seek supervisor’s help/guidance for problemsWhat do you need to have for this roleMinimum a Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field of studyIdeal candidate should be with minimum 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in FMCG/IT/Technology business and key account management in either sales or marketing fieldCandidate with background in telco industry will be an added advantageGood working knowledge in using CRM systemAbility to influence and successfully lead in a fast-paced environmentDynamic builder of relationships with key customers and operationsIf this sounds like you, then we need to hear from you!We’ll review your backgrounds against our needs, and should there be a good fit you’ll receive an invitation to a digital interview.
