Role and Responsibilities LintraMax is looking for an Enterprise Software-as-a-Service Sales Manager ESSM with proven experience advising clients on SaaS and Cloud technologies Candidate should combine an in-depth understanding of SaaS delivery models with consideration for emerging agritech and disruptive technology to position LintraMax as a thought leader in the digital agriculture space The ESSM will be responsible for revenue generation via uncovering new market opportunities and key account managing efforts in the region The candidate must have an entrepreneurial strategic planning mindset and equally comfortable rolling up sleeves and getting things done You will be in charge of planning and execution of the company and rsquo s overall sales and marketing efforts to our target audiences in current and new markets Devise and implement overall strategic sale directions and strategies to meet sales target Identify business opportunities prospects and ensure consistent lead generations Apply learnings and experiences to streamline sales processes Deliver quality high impact written and verbal presentations and product demonstrations Represent LintraMax at relevant industry events to create positive exposure for the company and generate business leads Build and maintain strong network with customers and prospects Keep abreast of competitive activities market conditions industry trends and leading customer strategies Requirements Candidate possesses at least a Bachelor s Degree Professional Degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Business Study or equivalent At least five 5 years of working experience in related fields with experience exposure in technical pre-sales business development channel sales client management service delivery will be an added advantage Proven sales ability including relationship building and management consultative selling and the ability to close mutually beneficial dealPrior enterprise SaaS sales experience is an advantage Ability to work independently with minimum supervisionProblem solving attitudePatience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
