Job Responsibilities To resolve customer complaint in a prompt and efficient manner To liaise with relevant departments in solving problem in an effective and timely manner To ensure the fulfillment of service appointments target set by Technical and Sales department nationwideTo ensure customer feedbacks are attended and register into Feedback Management System accordingly To generate and distribute customer service due list to Customer Relations Assistant for service appointment To ensure all appointment logged are attended and postpone jobs are duly arranged To send service reminder notice to customers whose Bio-pure sets are due for service If any To assist in preparing departmental monthly report To ensure stock accuracy of sales counter and conduct stock count To assist in conducting marketing activities whenever necessary To conduct on the job training for new comer Any other job functions assigned by Management from time to timeRequirements Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary STPM and quot A and quot Level Pre-U Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma any field At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Possess excellent communication skillsProficient in English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clientsFull-Time positions available
