Responsibleto attend to customers enquiries and requests through phone,e-mail & web chat in relation to trading and investment opportunitiesMeet established goals for revenue generation activities such as conversion rateWork with customers to identify key business metricsEducate customers regarding new product and trading trends and explain how it will add value to the customerEstablish a trusted advisor relationship,gathering product feedback and helping customers plan to maximise their benefit with new feature releasesDelivering high quality,accurate and prompt service to customers meeting or exceeding respective service levels and turnaround timesManage customers' complaints, escalate where necessary and collaborate with various internal stakeholders in order to achieve fair outcomes according to the complaint resolution processStrike the right balance between the needs of the direct customers and the companyAny other ad hoc tasks as requested by management
The Requirements for the Role -
Degree in Business/ Finance and/or related fields,23 years old and aboveMinimum of 1 year experience in forex /commodities marketExcellent command of written and spoken English and native Portuguse for Brazilian customersAbility to multi-task while effectively communicaqting with clients/customersAbility to communicate in a structured and effective mannerContact centre Operating Hours 10pm -630amWork week 5 day week based on rosterOff Days based on roster
